Information collection and use
We collect information from you when you register or updating your PersonSpot account profile. When registering with PersonSpot, you are asked to provide some personal information, such as your first and last name, username, password, and Email address. Some of this information, for example, your first name, last name and username, may be listed publicly on our Services, including on your profile page and in future search results.
Any of the information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways:
- To personalize your PersonSpot.com experience;
- To improve our services to you;
- To send you information, make announcements, respond to inquiries, and/or other requests or questions.
Using your Account Settings you may choose to provide us with your approximate location by selecting your current Time-Zone.
Our servers automatically record information ("Log Data") created by your use of the Services. Log Data may include information such as your IP address, browser type, the referring domain, pages visited, messages exchanged, contacts information and search terms.
PersonSpot keeps track of how you interact with links by redirecting clicks or through other means. We do this to help improve our Services, and to be able to share aggregate click statistics such as how many times a particular link was clicked on. When you click on links on PersonSpot you may leave our site. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites, and we encourage you to read their privacy statements.
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you enter, submit, or access your personal information.
You can Email a friend and share certain third party content or other materials you may choose to share with that friend. If you choose to use this aspect of our Services we may ask you for your friend's name, Email address and/or her/his PersonSpot username. Your friend may contact us at email@example.com
to request that we remove this information from our database.
Information Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. We may disclose your personally identifying information:
However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses. We do not otherwise sell your personally identifying information to third parties.

Because we value your privacy we have taken the necessary precautions to be in compliance with the California Online Privacy Protection Act. All PersonSpot Services are directed to people who are at least 13 years old or older.
